SYMPTOM: DR DOS WILL NOT INSTALL IF THE PRIMARY
PARTITION IS TOO SMALL.
ISSUE/PROBLEM: If the primary partition is less than 2.5 MB

hard disk bootable
4. Copy the following files to the root directory of C:
LOGIN.EXE CONFIG.SYS
AUTOEXEC.BAT SSTORDRV.SYS DEVSWAP.COM
5. Copy the following files to the DRDOS directory on C:
INSTALL.EXE FDISK.COM
6. Rename C:\INSTALL.EXE to C:\SETUP.EXE
7. Remove the floppy from drive A: and reboot the computer
8. Enter the Master password
9. At the C: prompt, type SETUP
10. Select only the SECURITY option
11. Enable SECURITY and enter a different password for the
MASTER PASSWORD and the USER PASSWORD
12. Complete the installation and exit to DOS
13. Run SETUP again
14. Disable SECURITY, complete the installation and exit to DOS
15. Type FDISK and remove all partitions on the hard drive
16. Create a primary partition of at least 3MB in size
(recommended- 10MB)
17. Reboot with the original installation diskette and complete
the installation process.
